It's still some time till we can go blackberry picking.
So in the meantime, we made cherry and strawberry jam. We were lucky to count on the help of 2 jam eating fanatics and jam making experts.
Washing the fruit, taking out the cherry stones (where did it land?) and most importantly endlessly testing and re-testing to make sure it was just perfect.
Not to forget, choosing glasses, making labels and ...
.... building jam towers.
The leaning jam towers of Barcelona.

ñam!! viva las mermeladas del 2011!!
...no me dirás que no suena bien en catalán: confitura. Con-fi-tu-ra ;)
the nicest labels I've seen for marmelade :) what a great production!!
Looks more than delicious! And so much of it, great.
Oh, quines confitures!!
Qué envidia, me encantaria aprender a hacer mermelada, tendré que probar algún día!
@Caterina Pérez. Si, suena muy bien. En alemán también hay la palabra 'Konfitüre'. Allí es más pijo que la mermelada ;)
@ganxetades. De verdad, pruebalo. Es facil. Fruta, azucar, hervir - poner en vasos.
Oh, those are the cutest labels EVER!
