Button Fly Skirt
If she could decide, she'd be standing knee deep in the snow wearing a light summer skirt and a short sleeve T-Shirt, insisting that she really, honestly, is not cold. At all.
But I know she needs warmer clothes. Bigger, warmer clothes. Every time I turn around she's grown 2 cms.
So I am glad it's KCWC again. This is yesterday's work. An autumn button fly skirt.
With pockets to take tissues. She's very concerned about that. Someone might have a runny nose and might need one.

I want to sew a similar one for me!
What a sweet girl with her tissues, for just in case! aish! ;)
Just lovely. Gosh I love your understated girl style.

She knows what she wants and she´s right! Lovely skirt and post.

Love this one!
lovely skirt, especially the mismatched buttons and pockets. my daughter is the same way, but thank goodness she likes to wear tights! makes skirts/dresses possible when it gets cold.
Lovely profile statement, I can really relate to it. Great Skirt and Blog!

Very cute skirt! Did you use a pattern for it? My daughter would love a sweet skirt like this.
Beautiful, and very stylish as well.
Thank you all for your comments.

I made the pattern for the skirt. But it's not too difficult. Take a standard skirt pattern, add some pockets and and extra width for pleats and the button fly. Easier than it might sound. Promise.
I often find myself wishing you designed clothing for adult women too! If you had a clothing line, I would completely buy it--all of it.
Girls are really cute in skirt... :)
