She asks for 'girly' so this is what she gets: a pixelated flower print, princess in pink letters and a circle of dotted chiffon that glitters (a little bit).
The pattern is the same as the one used for this T-Shirt (just adding more length to arm and bottom seams) and luckily, the skirt still fits for now.

Very effective. So fun + cute girly stuff!
Haha, the constant request for girly! I always love how you keep it tasteful and subtle girly rather than in-your-face girly.
@kristin. I try my best. I have found that ticking off some key elements like 'pink', 'flowers', 'glitter' makes her happy and leaves me with some freedom. For now, at least.
Me recuerda a mi hija mayor tambien, muy prácticas!!
I was checking the other posts, and I want to make a question about a skirt you made with cotton fabric and knitted fabric waistband: does it have an elastic into the waistband or is the knitted fabric enough?
I'm not sure if you speak spanish so I practice my poor english here too :)
Love your subtle girly clothes :)
@tartaruga dos tartarouchos. I think I know which skirt you mean - it doesn't have an elastic waistband - juts the stretchy fabric - puño - that's elastic enough in itself. Hope this helps.
Thank you, I think I can try that now spring is arriving :)
We recently had a red denim skirt thrown into the wash with some whites. so now my daughter is very excited she has a new pink t-shirt. I am not though.
I love your girly taste...not over the top, just perfect.
