Sweater

So KCWC has started - a week of sewing to make autumn/ winter clothes. With the princess dress ticked off the list I hope some of the things I like will get the royal approval.

She doesn't really see the point of hemming. Watching me sew, she's asked me many times, "Why can't you do it like I do with paper? Just cut it and put it together." Well, I could give it a try. It would definitely be a lot quicker.

wait, is this hemmed? Or did you sew raw-edged pieces to the bottom? I want to know, because I love the way it turned out!

Hello Meg. Yes, that's exactly what I did :)

Love this! It looks so effortless and fun. Did you dye the fabric?

Looooove the way this came out. Effortless was the word that came to my mind too - do all of these amazing creations come easily to you? I wish I had your style.

Thank you.

@ Robin. The fabric has a pattern. Did not have to dye it.

@ Cherie. I can assure you, they never come easily to me. But I am always surprised that after all this thought, trial and back and forth it actually looks easy. To me, too.

Wow she is very tall! I'd love one in adult size!

*¿Esta tela también es de Els Encants?
